Each health row is a @container child that drops its state label, then its latency, as the rail narrows. A scanline sweeps the panel on open while rows switch on in discrete flickers. Zero JavaScript.

- Three
[data-mm-16-state]rule sets becamegroup-data-[state=…]/row:variants; the two@containerblocks became@max-[…]:utilities on the cells they hide. - Keyframes moved into
@themeas--animate-*tokens. - UI upgrade: the incident callout uses a warning icon and an inset ring instead of a coloured left border, the rail shows an "updated" timestamp, and the wordmark has a blinking cursor.
- Bug fix: the original trigger only highlighted on
:focus-within, never on hover; the shared variant now covers both. Muted copy raised to 4.5:1 on black.

An operations console where the mega panel doubles as a status board: three columns of tools, and a live rail showing service health, an incident callout and the current deploy. Each health row is a @container child that drops its state label, then its latency, as the rail narrows. A scanline sweeps the panel on open while rows switch on in discrete flickers. Zero JavaScript.

```How this works
State as data, colour as variant. The CSS original had three attribute selectors per element. Here the row carries data-state and becomes a named group; the dot, ring and label each read group-data-[state=…]/row:. A real dashboard sets that one attribute from its API.
Priority-based collapse. The rail is 24rem at desktop but full-width in the stacked layout and narrower still at mid widths. Container queries drop the status word first, then the number, so the service name and coloured dot always survive.
Motion lives in the theme. --animate-tmm16-scan, -pulse and -blink are @theme tokens with their @keyframes, so they are emitted only because a utility uses them.

before:utilities on the panel. - Light ops theme: the toggle swaps every token, including warn/down shades tuned for white.
Gotchas — read before shipping
- Status colour must never be the only signal — the state word is kept until the rail is very narrow, and the incident text repeats it.
after:animate-…pulses run forever; they stop undermotion-reduce:.overflow-clipon the panel contains the scanline without making the panel a scroll container.
